A Black-Belt Approach to Indoor Golf
With a proven business model, growing customer demand, and expansion opportunities ranging from full-scale facilities to hospitality partnerships, GolfDojo is emerging as a key player in the growth of indoor golf in western New York.
In pursuit of
a better way
What began as two friends looking to play golf together year-round has evolved into one of Western New York's fastest-growing indoor golf businesses. Combining thoughtfully designed facilities with industry-leading Trackman technology, GolfDojo has created a unique experience that appeals to golfers of all skill levels.

Becoming masters of their own domain
In the summer of 2021, co-founders Tom Coppola and Max Grundy played golf together almost daily. As summer turned to fall, work schedules became busier, the weather deteriorated, and the opportunities to get out on the course dwindled. Rather than accept that reality, they began searching for a way to recreate the experience they loved. They realized that countless golfers faced the same challenges of time, weather, and accessibility, and that indoor golf could provide a solution.

Your Time.
Your Space.
Your Game.
From the beginning, GolfDojo was built around a simple philosophy: every golfer is different. Some players are looking to improve. Some want to compete. Others simply want a place to spend time with friends. Rather than dictate how golf should be played, GolfDojo was designed to give players complete control over their experience. The company's tagline — Your Time. Your Space. Your Game. — reflects that philosophy.

Every golfer
has a path
Inspired by the concept of a dojo as a place of learning and personal development, each GolfDojo bay is designed to feel like a golfer's own private space. When the doors close, distractions disappear and the focus shifts entirely to the game. Whether players are working on their swing, taking a lesson, competing with friends, or simply enjoying a round after work, the goal is to recreate the feeling of being on the golf course as closely as possible.
“Our name explains who we are. A dojo is the place of ‘the way’. When you enter one of our bays and the doors close behind you, it's as if you're standing on your favorite local golf course. You have a sense of privacy, get to play unencumbered and have a great time.”

Welcome to the
great indoors
As the business expanded and GolfDojo opened new locations, the team continuously refined its facilities based on customer feedback and experience. One lesson quickly became clear: golfers value space. High ceilings and private closed-off bays became defining characteristics, eliminating the confined feeling often associated with indoor golf facilities. Combined with thoughtful layouts, the result is an environment that feels more realistic.
Where Data Meets Discipline
Before opening GolfDojo, Tom and Max spent months evaluating simulator technology across the US and Canada. The objective was simple: find the technology that could deliver the most realistic and accurate indoor golf experience possible. Today, Trackman powers every GolfDojo location.
“Before opening, we tried all the technologies out there — from Albany to Toronto. We looked for the best technology and connected with Trackman. They're a great partner for us. Ultimately, when you create an indoor golf space, it's important that you use the best technology available.”

Respecting the Craft, they Return for More.
Accessibility has been a core principle of GolfDojo from the beginning. There are affordable membership options with 24/7 access, so customers can play anytime they want. Coaching, practice opportunities, and social experiences ensure that every golfer can find value in the facility. The approach has resonated strongly with customers, and repeat visitation remains one of the strongest indicators of GolfDojo’s success.

No longer the young grasshopper
Since opening its first location in 2022, GolfDojo has experienced rapid growth. What began as a single facility has expanded into three full-scale locations and an additional leased bay hospitality partnership. Along the way, the team has continually refined its operating model, improving customer experiences, increasing utilization, and identifying new opportunities for growth. As indoor golf continues to rise, GolfDojo believes its model is well positioned to serve that demand in markets across the US.

One Dojo
Becomes Many
As GolfDojo has grown, so has interest in bringing the concept to new markets. What began as a single indoor golf facility has evolved into a flexible model that can be adapted to a variety of environments, from dedicated golf venues to installations within bars, hotels, and restaurants. Today, the company is on the lookout for partners who share a common goal: creating accessible, engaging golf experiences for their local communities.
Iron Sharpens Iron:
Forge ahead Together
GolfDojo believes the indoor golf opportunity is only beginning. As more golfers seek flexible, convenient ways to play, practice, and socialize, demand for high-quality indoor golf experiences continues to expand. With a proven operating model, a growing brand, and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences, GolfDojo is focused on helping shape the future of indoor golf.
“GolfDojo has positioned itself strongly, both as a brand for support. Joining and going through the process with us will put you in a great position as indoor golf continues to boom across the nation and the world.”
