Trackman Sim Builder: Design your dream golf space

There’s something special about having your own golf simulator in a space that’s fully yours.

A place where the weather never matters, the range is always open, and quality time with friends and family happens naturally … whenever you want. Whether it’s perfecting your swing, hosting weekend hangouts, or giving your kids a place to play, owning a private sim unlocks a whole new level of joy.

And the best part? It all starts with having enough room to swing a club.

From there, the Trackman Sim Builder helps you map out your dream. Your space. Your vision. Your simulator — brought to life right before your eyes.

What happens when you bring golf home?

Trackman owners everywhere are transforming their spaces and their relationship with the game. Like Chad Adcock in the USA, who added a Trackman simulator setup to his garage in a bid to keep playing golf and charge his batteries.

But he ended up getting far more than he had ever imagined — his home golf space ended up becoming a magnet for family and friends.

Having a golf simulator and my own space has been phenomenal. I get to step outside and play in the morning or in the afternoon. Whenever I have time to go out there, I get to play. Our friends love coming over here. It's just so much more enjoyable doing an activity together rather than just gathering around the TV. And my kids get to learn new skills and learn about competition.

A step-by-step guide

Step 1: Select your space

Start by choosing where your Trackman simulator will live:

  • Private — Your golf space can be almost anywhere — a garage, basement, living room, annex or any room with enough width, depth, and height to accommodate a comfortable swing.

  • Commercial — If you select a commercial space, the builder will prompt you to connect with a local Trackman expert who can help you design a professional-grade installation tailored to your business.

Step 2: Choose your preferred build-out option

Based on your room size, you’ll see build-out options that match your space:

  • Standalone Flex Cage: Modular and easy to install. Portable enclosure for short-or long-term setups, with fabric sides that can feature your own graphics.

  • Custom Integrated Build: Tailored, permanent solution with seamless room integration.

  • Tech-Only Setup: Launch monitor, computer and projector only.

Select one to explore detailed breakdowns of what’s included—everything from enclosure size to hardware components. You’ll instantly see how each build-out transforms your room into a high-performance Trackman experience.

Step 3: Select your software package

Your simulator is only as powerful as the software behind it. Here, you’ll choose between:

  • Home Package

  • Home Complete Package

Each option displays exactly what’s included — and the annual software fee is clearly shown. And you can always change your package later as your needs evolve. You can also enhance your package with the exclusive Pebble Beach course pack.

Step 4: Choose where the sim will be set up?

Select where your simulator space will be set up — do you plan to set up in an existing room or space, or as part of a new construction?

As part of this step, you’ll be asked to enter your room’s exact dimensions (in feet or meters), and the Sim Builder uses that information to calculate what’s possible. The right setup starts with the right fit — and this step ensures that your space has the height, width and depth to get started.

Step 5: Review and get a quote

Finally, you can review your simulator design selections and fill in a short personal information form to finalize your configuration. A Trackman representative will then get in touch with you.

The convenience of jumping in anytime for 30 minutes to hit balls has been a huge thing for me. It's completely changed my golf game and it’s brought my handicap tumbling down. I’d definitely recommend getting your own Trackman simulator for indoor golf.

I thought if I put a golf simulator in the house, it was a great opportunity for me to hit balls whenever I wanted. I've found that golf is now being incorporated more into my life, and the indoor golf space is getting increasingly popular with the family.

When I brought the system up live for the first time, I was completely blown away. If someone asked why they should get a Trackman, it really boils down to: would you like to get better at golf and would you like to get better quickly? It’s the perfect tool for that.
