PGA Tour and Trackman: Two decades strong — and still going
When the PGA Tour and Trackman first teamed up in 2006, neither side could have predicted just how deeply our partnership would shape the modern game. Together, we've helped redefine how golf is played, measured, and experienced — from the practice tee to the TV screen.
Now, with the announcement that our collaboration has been renewed through 2030, it’s more than a contract extension. It’s a powerful endorsement of everything we’ve built together — and everything still to come.
From the range to the living room
This long-term extension ensures Trackman remains an integral part of the PGA Tour ecosystem — fueling player insights, broadcast storytelling, and fan connection. At Signature Events, we’ll continue tracking every shot on the range and delivering ball and club data that brings depth to every broadcast.
But our role goes beyond the warm-up area. As a key component of ShotLink powered by CDW — the Tour’s real-time tracking and scoring system — Trackman technology works in concert with 150 4K cameras and 36 radar units across every course. Together, we’re turning every stroke on Tour into high-definition, data-rich content.
The voices behind the deal
Ken Lovell, the Tour’s SVP of Golf Technologies, underscored the impact of Trackman technology across two decades:
“Since first beginning our relationship 20 years ago, Trackman technology has assisted PGA Tour players in fine-tuning their skills while helping the PGA Tour and our network partners elevate the experience for viewers at home.”

PGA TOUR's Senior Vice President of Golf Technology
Trackman co-founder and CEO Klaus Eldrup-Jørgensen echoed the value of long-term collaboration:
“We’re honored to be chosen again. Our partnership has delivered game-changing performance insights for the world’s best players and unparalleled experiences for fans. We look forward to extending this relationship through 2030 — and pushing it even further.”

More than just tech — a legacy
This isn’t just about radar and data. It’s about trust, continuity, and a shared drive to keep evolving the game. For nearly 20 years, Trackman has helped elevate the PGA Tour experience — not just for players and coaches, but for anyone who follows golf.
As we look ahead to 2030, we’re proud to keep building that legacy — one swing, one story, one breakthrough at a time.
