What we are looking for:
You are an experienced front-end developer, who is enthusiastic about new technologies and cares about clean code. You are curious and excited about software development, and longing to learn and grow with new technologies. You are an independent person, and able to prioritize your responsibilities together with your team. You are a proactively always looking for new challenges and try to improve the code.
We expect you to have an educational background in Science or Engineering. Your creative and analytical skills are excellent, and you are structured and well-organized by nature. You juggle several projects at the same time and still keep that critical attention to detail. You take pride in your work.
Responsibilities:
As a front-end developer, together with our group of developers, you will be working on various projects. You will be closely working with UI/UX department, Project Managers and Back-end team to plan and refine new features. Therefore, your analytical and critical thinking abilities will be a significant part of the final decision for the new features.
Creating visually appealing and responsive web pages
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Optimizing website performance for speed and efficiency
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
At least 5 years of experience
Thorough understanding of foundational web technologies (HTML, Javascript, CSS), In-depth understanding of the DOM, asynchronous programming, and performance considerations in modern browsers.
Proven track record with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and strong proficiency in TypeScript.
Work in an agile DevOps environment with a strong focus on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and clear communication.
Comfortable with Node.js for build tooling, hands-on experience with Vite, Webpack, and NPM/Yarn.
Experience with accessibility standards (Github), CI/CD tools in Azure DevOps.
Experience with hosting in Azure Portal.
Good understanding of architectural patterns and software design principals
Support consumers of the design system and component library through multiple forms of communication. Actively engage and collaborate with the design community to ensure a consistent and cohesive experience across digital products

The Office
We have just moved to our state-of-art HQ in Hørsholm, located at DTU Science Park. We take great pride in the building we designed! The office features bright meeting rooms, coffee areas to catch up with colleagues, a large testing arena with simulators available for employees and a fitness centre, everything surrounded by a beautiful forest and respecting the environment. We made sure to utilize the newest technologies to be energy efficient and be mindful of ventilation and sound propagation.
