Rules

Entrants participating in the Majesticks Monthly Medal will have the opportunity to shoot as low as they can on the 9-hole virtual golf course, London Gardens. The entrants’ total score will then be added to the leaderboard to see how they stack up against Majesticks Golf Club members and the Majesticks Golf Club players!

Entrant participating in the Majesticks Closest-To-Pin will have the opportunity to hit 3 balls as close as they can to the pin on the 5th hole at Hong Kong Golf Club. The entrants’ best shot will then be added to the leaderboard to see how they stack up against Majesticks Golf Club members and the Majesticks Golf Club players!

The competition will start from October 13, 2025 at 1900 GMT and will end October 31, 2025 at 2259 GMT. Entrants should be aware of the start/end dates and time of the competition to make sure they have enough time to complete their attempts before the competition ends.

Entrants must be signed in with their Trackman account in order to participate and be registered on the leaderboard.

If you do not already have an account, please download the Trackman Golf app and create a profile before going to your local Trackman simulator. If an entrant has not created a Trackman account before going to the Trackman simulator, they will be prompted to create a Trackman account.

Once entrants have created a Trackman account and registered either through the tournament website or the Trackman Golf app, they are eligible to play.

In a Trackman simulator, entrants should sign in (using the Trackman Golf app and QR code or entering account credentials manually), then select Tournaments, then “Majesticks Monthly Medal” or “Majesticks Closest-To-Pin”.

There is no fee to enter. Entry into the competition automatically signs you up for the Majesticks Golf Club newsletter.

All personal data supplied for this challenge will be used for the purpose of this challenge and for research, analytical and marketing purposes by Trackman Inc and LIV Golf Inc and/or by any agent appointed to assist with running the challenge.

Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. By entering this challenge, you consent for your personal data to be used for such purposes and accept that your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Trackman Inc privacy policy, available at: www.trackman.com/legal/privacy-policy and the LIV Golf Inc privacy policy, available at: https://www.livgolf.com/privacy-policy.

This includes the publication of Trackman usernames on public leaderboards relating to the tournaments which will be featured on Majesticks Golf Club’s website, Trackman’s social media and elsewhere.

Entrants are welcome to practice prior to the event as the tournament courses are already available. If you don’t have your own simulator, all you have to do is book a bay in your nearest Trackman-powered commercial facility to practice and play.
