The opportunity
We are looking for a curious, ambitious, and motivated Product Designer to join our growing team at Trackman. You will work closely with experienced designers, developers, and product owners to shape engaging, user-centered digital experiences that support athletes in team sports such as baseball, softball, and cricket.
Your work will directly impact how athletes from amateur to elite leagues plan and reflect on their training, review key performance metrics, and develop their game using our data-rich insights and innovative tracking technology. Your main focus will be on designing web applications for both, external and internal use.
You will be working from our newly built headquarters, located north of Copenhagen. From here you will sit closely with the part of the team based in Denmark, while also collaborating with colleagues in our offices around the world. English is our official company language.
You will be able to learn from other designers in a supportive and collaborative environment, whether it’s pairing on research or iterating on flows together while taking responsibility for your products from concept to delivery.
What we expect from you:
A minimum of 2 years of industry experience in product design on a dedicated product team (excluding projects done during your education), with expertise across the full design process, including ideation, conceptualization, validation, and visual design.
A portfolio or case studies showcasing your craft, creativity, and impactful work on relevant projects.
Experience and interest in designing web applications.
Proficiency in Figma or a similar tool.
Confidence in using a design system to ensure consistency, and contributing to it.
Some experience conducting user research (e.g. user interviews, surveys, observations) and sharing your insights with the product team and the organization.
Experience thriving in agile environments with changing priorities, where flexibility and adaptability are key.
Strong communication skills in English. You are able to articulate ideas and design decisions clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Good collaboration skills. You enjoy working in a team, co-designing with others, and giving/receiving constructive feedback.
Additional qualities that will set you apart:
Experience and interest in designing for tablet.
Knowledge of or experience with cricket, softball, or baseball.

The Office
We have just moved to our state-of-art HQ in Hørsholm, located at DTU Science Park. We take great pride in the building we designed! The office features bright meeting rooms, coffee areas to catch up with colleagues, a large testing arena with simulators available for employees and a fitness centre, everything surrounded by a beautiful forest and respecting the environment. We made sure to utilize the newest technologies to be energy efficient and be mindful of ventilation and sound propagation.
