Raising the game
in the rockies

Perched high on the edge of the Rocky Mountains near Salt Lake City, Utah, Eaglewood Golf Course has long been a destination for practice, play, and community. To elevate the experience and overcome challenges, the public course enhanced its setup to become an all-in-one Trackman 360 facility — uniting the range, simulators, coaching, business tools, and player data into a single connected platform.
This is their story.

Trackman 360 at Eaglewood GC

Like many golf clubs, Eaglewood faced limited space, turf wear, and capacity issues. After doing their due diligence, management initially added Trackman 4-fitted indoor bays, and later installed Trackman Range to complete Eaglewood’s evolution into a fully connected 360 facility experience that has unlocked growth, extended range time, cutting turf costs, and keeping the course busier than ever.

We're not moving from one technology to another. We have one singular platform for practice and improvement at Eaglewood ... There's a reason why the best players in the world use that technology.

tAKING coaching TO ANOTHER LEVEL

Trackman 360 transformed instruction at Eaglewood — coaching, practice, and play are now unified through one digital ecosystem. Coaches and students can share data, video analysis, and track performance and progress consistently, regardless of which facility space they use.

Where the golf Season never ends

Utah’s long winters and scorching summers once limited Eaglewood’s calendar. Now, its golf season never ends. The covered bays and indoor simulators allow players to practice, compete, and stay connected through snow, heat, and everything in between. Coaches stay booked year-round, offering lessons, clinics, and junior programs twelve months a year.

Play that forms
the future

It’s all led to Eaglewood’s juniors flourishing. By blending on-course play with gamified experiences, kids are motivated and return week after week — regardless of seasons and weather conditions. The result: a brand new generation of golfers are growing out of Eaglewood.

Trackman has changed the way that I coach and run instruction programs. And it’s been essential in keeping me in business year-round. No question about that.

proof is in
the payback

The impact of Trackman 360 was immediate. Eaglewood experienced a rapid revenue increase, far surpassing initial expectations. The technology attracted more players, extended opening hours, and expanded coaching opportunities. A payback period initially estimated at seven years is projected to be achieved in under two.

Our numbers are up so significantly. Trackman has really added class to our facility. It's changed the view of the golf course to be much more of a practice facility and not just a golf course.

A community that came alive

Since implementing Trackman 360, what was once a mostly daytime, seasonal course has become a year-round social hub. Evenings that were once quiet now buzz with families, juniors, and after-work groups filling bays and exploring new ways to play. Golfers have even started coming by from across Utah and beyond, bringing fresh energy and community pride to Eaglewood.

The local community response has been absolutely remarkable. You can't believe the families and excitement going on here at 8-9 o'clock at night now. There's just a hub of action going on.

Through Trackman 360, Eaglewood has achieved measurable growth in revenue, engagement, and player satisfaction, all while preserving its welcoming, community-first character. From first bucket to final hole, it connects players, coaches, business and communities in a smarter, more engaging way.

People are coming to Eaglewood because we have Trackman — and they’re coming back because of the experience they’ve had here.
