"We're seeking a talented marketer to work with our Heads of Product and marketing team as our new Product Marketing Manager." As our new Product Marketing Manager, your primary goal will be to boost awareness and usage of our industry-leading products. You'll develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for Trackman golf products and services. 


  • Work closely with our Heads of Products: Turn product roadmaps into marketing activities in the marketing plan and help shape the product roadmaps. 
  • Develop Go-to-Market Strategies and programs: Define how to maximize product usage and determine the necessary marketing activities. 
  • Create Marketing Content: Identify, schedule, and oversee the creation and release of marketing and communication content in collaboration with project managers and in-house creatives. 
  • Conduct Market Research: Perform market research and tracking to ensure the market's voice is reflected in Trackman's strategies. 
  • Co-drive marketing planning: Be an active part of the Marketing planning team C to drive the yearly planning process and secure effective monthly and weekly cycles. 
  • Enhance Marketing Processes: Continuously improve our marketing setup, processes, and tools. 
  • Foster Company Culture: Contribute to and enhance our team and company culture.



  • 6+ years marketing experience from agency or brand side (B2B, B2C or mixed) 
  • Proven experience building product centric growth 
  • Great writer and thinker; exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Great program management skills; proven track record to drive cross-functional projects 
  • Passion for golf 


  • Global market experience 
  • Experience working with and through commercial partners (i.e. retailers and/or influencers/media) 
  • Deep experience with content marketing
